Our 1 to 1 sessions are designed around the individual and are a great way to develop players based on their strengths and areas they want to improve.
Our coaches will provide structured sessions that develop players in various areas of the game with a focus on physical development, improving technique and game understanding.
Areas that can be focused on include:
- Take on moves
- Passing techniques
- Ability to use both feet
- ABC’s (Agility, Balance, Co-Ordination)
- Ball Mastery
- Strength & Conditioning
Our 1 to 1 sessions come in variety of forms:
1 to 1 INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
A 45 minute session with the player working 1 to 1 with a coach, this can be on a specific area or sessions on all round technique and gameplay
SMALL GROUP SESSIONS
These sessions are designed for groups of 2 or 3 players, working on specific areas of the game or general gameplay we can work with these small groups to develop the individuals.
